How do I make a return or exchange?

• Register your return or exchange using this link: https://app.fastoche.co/app?shop=flair&view=home
• In France and within the European Union, you will be able to download your label to return your parcel.
• Insert the delivery note into the package, circling each returned item with a pen, or a small note mentioning your name and order reference.

📦 Returns and exchanges are free in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg. For other European Union countries, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. For the rest of the world, we do not generate return labels.

💌 +5% is added to your assets.

🌎 To return your item from a country outside the European Union , please send it under the Incoterm DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Please note that any goods not cleared through customs will be refused by our warehouse.
