Make a return

If you live in France, return costs are free. Here is the procedure to follow:

- Write an email to retourflair@groupetcp.com indicating your name, order number, and the reason for your return
- If you live in France, you will then receive a label to return your package
- Insert the delivery note in the package, circling each returned item in pen.

If you live abroad, we unfortunately cannot afford to offer you the return costs. Your package must be returned to this address with this delivery note in the package, circling each returned item in pen:

To make your return from a country outside the European Union , we thank you for sending it under the incoterm DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Please note that any goods not cleared through customs will be refused by our warehouse.
